1) I preview properties BEFORE I take you there.  That way, if it is not acceptable, you will not see it.  I do not like to waste my client's time!

2) I thoroughly explain the home buying process and provide you with a detailed packet of information regarding your rights, responsibilities and list of things you need to watch out for when purchasing your next home.

3) I provide you with a detailed market analysis of the property you want to purchase.  That way, you can be assured you are making a wise investment.

4) No high pressure sales - I will never pressure you into purchasing a property that you do not want.  I truly want to be your "agent for life" and my business depends upon your satisfaction.

5) Assist you with finding the best mortgage program - If I think you are paying excessive fees, I will tell you.
